The Holi festival is the Indian festival of colour. It takes place in March and is celebrated by throwing powder paint at each other to create a colourful creation. We went to the Holi festival at Scout Park on Sunday 8th March as a fundraiser for our India and Nepal trip. We made samosas and sold them to the people going to the festival. After that we all took part in the festival by throwing paint at each other. We even managed to get Dan😊. After this we packed up our stuff and went home, absolutely covered in coloured powder paints. It was a really good day out.
